Catering is how Paisan’s began.
Mike and Angela started this as a catering company in 1995; the deli came later. Thirty years on, the crew runs seven days a week: office lunches every weekday, weddings and celebrations every weekend, from Reno boardrooms to weddings up the mountain at Lake Tahoe.

The Banquet Room
A private room at the deli for parties, meetings, and celebrations of life, with the kitchen right there. Smaller room from $250; main room $1,000 with bartender after 5pm and weekends; both rooms $1,250.

Paisan’s food truck brings the menu to festivals, job sites, and private parties: Italian, Greek, Mexican, and American, cooked on the spot.
