Our story
Half Greek, half Italian, all Reno.
Mike and Angela Angelis opened Paisan’s as a catering company in the spring of 1995. People kept knocking on the door, so they started making sandwiches: six of them, in 600 square feet. Thirty years later it’s an 8,400-square-foot Old World deli with a catering fleet, and the menu still reads like a family album.

The deli closes on weekends. The kitchen doesn’t.
