Stagecoach parties gather at the community center or under a shade structure between the 50 and the railroad grade, and the food has to arrive ready: there is no commercial kitchen for miles. Hot boxes and a self-sufficient crew are the whole game out here.
Pick the shape of the party and the board follows: appetizer spreads from $1.50 a piece (twenty-piece minimum), deli trays with a flat $5 tray charge, hot meals with a ten-person minimum, and the house cannolis for dessert.
Order timing is friendlier than you'd guess: office drop-offs often book days out, while big weekend parties deserve a few weeks. Either way, the food leaves Longley Lane on schedule.
