Program description

The Paisan’s Specials Club text program sends recurring automated promotional and marketing messages — weekly specials, catering offers, and holiday menus — from Paisan’s Old World Deli & Catering to customers who opt in.

How you join

Online: check the unchecked consent box on our Specials Club signup form and submit your number. In the store: scan the signup QR code or text our join keyword. Checking the box or texting the keyword is your electronic signature authorizing these messages. You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or customary user of the phone number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency, rates, and hours

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We send between 10:00am and 7:00pm Pacific time.

How you leave (opt out)

Reply STOP (or END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message and you’ll receive one final confirmation that you’re out — nothing more after that. You can also call (775) 826-9444 or email [email protected] and we’ll remove you.

The unavoidable fine print

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or give up your phone number, please opt out first or tell us so we don’t text the number’s next owner. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy and is never sold. Numbers submitted on quote or contact forms are outside this program and are used only to reply about your own inquiry or order.
