How much do sandwich trays cost?
The short answer: Trays run $11.99 per whole sandwich plus a flat $5 tray charge. Each whole sandwich is cut and arranged, and a dozen sandwiches feeds roughly 15 to 20 people at a lunch spread.
Homemade salads pair with trays at $8.99 a pound, and a pound feeds three to five. Larger salad bowls scale from there for big groups.
