Catering policy: Good news is on the venue's own paperwork ("You choose your decorations and catering according to your vision" - catering is the client's responsibility (own weddings page)). Outside catering is permitted, which puts the menu entirely in your hands.
Ranch-and-barn settings are the crew's happy place: carved tri-tip, barrel-bar setups, and buffets that look right against timber and open sky. Boots-on-gravel logistics are assumed, not discovered.
Book the setting, then build the menu around it: buffets from $17.99 a person, the wedding board at $27.99, appetizers by the piece. Travel, service, and any venue quirks get priced into one plain quote.
