Catering policy: The posted policy here comes with conditions (own site lists recommended vendors "but you are not limited to just these options!"). That is normal, and it is Mike's problem to solve, not yours: ask us about catering your MidSparks Events Center event and the list-and-fee questions get handled.
Event rooms like this are blank canvases: the rental covers the space, and the catering paints in the serving line, the staff, and the schedule. It is the most flexible kind of booking there is.
Menus travel here whole: the special-event board with its published per-plate pricing, trayed spreads for casual gatherings, appetizers for the cocktail hour, and desserts that outlast the toasts. Staffing scales from drop-off to full service.
Planning tip: if your date is a summer Saturday, lock both calendars early. A 25% deposit holds Paisan's; the venue will have its own version.
