Catering policy: Outside caterers are welcome here, per the venue's own posted information (Here Comes The Guide catering line: "BYO"). That means you choose the food, and the venue provides the setting.
Ranch-and-barn settings are the crew's happy place: carved tri-tip, barrel-bar setups, and buffets that look right against timber and open sky. Boots-on-gravel logistics are assumed, not discovered.
Menus travel here whole: the special-event board with its published per-plate pricing, trayed spreads for casual gatherings, appetizers for the cocktail hour, and desserts that outlast the toasts. Staffing scales from drop-off to full service.
