Historic rooms reward careful catering: protected floors, quiet load-ins, and service that matches the room's manners. The crew has stood in a lot of century-old buildings without leaving a mark.
Menus travel here whole: the special-event board with its published per-plate pricing, trayed spreads for casual gatherings, appetizers for the cocktail hour, and desserts that outlast the toasts. Staffing scales from drop-off to full service.
