Pricing is printed, not whispered: the Wedding Special (marinated grilled tri-tip and Italian lasagna, meat or vegetarian) runs $27.99 per person. Sides work on a choice-of-three system, from baked beans and scalloped potatoes included in the price to chicken piccata or salmon as upgrades. Real china and flatware can replace the deluxe plasticware for $4 more a head.
Full service means the crew handles setup, buffet staffing, and the teardown while the dance floor fills. The nine-tap Mobile Pub can pour beside the buffet, and the food truck covers late-night rounds when receptions run long.
