One kitchen, three honest directions. The Italian board is the house tradition: the tri-tip-and-lasagna Wedding Special at $27.99, chicken piccata and marsala in the sides system, and cannolis closing the night.
The Mexican direction feeds a fiesta the way the deli's own Mexican menu feeds Reno: street-taco spreads, rice and beans, and salsas made in-house. The American grill direction runs burgers and dogs at $17.99, ribs-and-chicken at $25.99, and the Mixed Grill at $29.99.
Mix them. The cocktail hour can eat Italian while the buffet grills American; the late-night round can be tacos off the truck. The board is printed; the combinations are yours.
