A Tahoe wedding trades a ballroom for alpenglow, and it trades a venue kitchen for a caterer who plans like a mountain guide. Paisan's has been that caterer for thirty years: both shores, beach parks, lodge lawns, and pier-side cocktail hours.
The logistics are the whole trick up here. Beach permits come with time windows, summer Saturdays evaporate a year out, and everything the party needs rides up the hill in the trucks. The crew loads early, times the climb, and lights the chafers before the first guest finds parking.
