Come hungry, order the Sammy's or the meatball, and taste exactly what the carving station serves. Then bring your questions to the menu conversation with Mike: the board, the sides system, and anything you want tried before the guarantee locks.
Ask about tasting specific wedding dishes when you call; the kitchen would rather feed you first than surprise you later.
